The Gig Nurse role is part of the Deaconess Resource Team and is built for RNs who want flexibility, variety, and incentive-based pay without the commitment of a traditional schedule. As a Gig Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to pick up day shift or night shift based on what fits your life, while floating across Deaconess Midtown, Gateway, and Henderson to support patient care where it's needed most.
