The Glazier Foreman is responsible for overseeing, supervising, and executing glazing projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The Glazier Forman maintains communication between glazing team and managerment and leads team to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.
  • Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other teram members for effifcient project execution.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Report any issues or delays to the Project Manager (PM) in a timely manner.
  • Submit a detailed daily report to the PM.at the end of each work day.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
