  • Reconcile revenue, costs, cash activity, and other settlement inputs to underlying operational and accounting records.
  • Identify settlement discrepancies, investigate variances, and coordinate with affiliate finance and operating teams to resolve issues on a timely basis.

Affiliate Support & Workload Triage

  • Provide artist accounting and finance support across Ceremony of Roses affiliated companies based on business needs, settlement calendars, and workload priorities.
  • Partner with finance leads across the group to assess open deliverables, prioritize work, and provide additional capacity where it is most needed.
  • Adapt to different affiliate processes, systems, and business models while helping drive consistency in artist accounting practices across the group.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Support analysis of artist and project economics, including revenue, costs, margins, royalties, and settlement performance across revenue channels.
  • Assist with variance analysis and other financial reporting needed to explain artist, project, or affiliate performance.
  • Prepare schedules, analyses, and reporting materials for affiliate finance teams and Ceremony of Roses leadership as needed.

Accounting & Month-End Close

  • Support month-end close activities across affiliates, including preparation and review of artist royalty, revenue, cost, and tour-related accruals.
  • Reconcile artist accounting and operational data to the general ledger and investigate differences across systems or reporting sources.
  • Partner with affiliate Accounting and Finance teams to support complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Help standardize artist accounting, settlement, and reconciliation processes across the Ceremony of Roses group while respecting affiliate-specific business requirements.
  • Assist with process improvements, documentation, and automation initiatives that improve the timeliness and accuracy of artist accounting and reporting.
  • Support ad hoc finance, accounting, and cross-functional projects across affiliates as priorities evolve.

Who you are:
