Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.
Since public launch, Emergent has reached $100M ARR in 8 months. 6M+ users across 190+ countries have built 6.5M+ applications on Emergent. We've raised $100M+, backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.
We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

The Role
We’re looking for a Global Brand and Marketing Leaderto craft and scale Emergent’s global identity, someone who can translate our vision into a story that resonates with millions. This is a high-impact, creative leadership role at the intersection ofstorytelling, strategy, and culture-building. You’ll shape how the world perceives Emergent, defining our voice, visual identity, campaigns, and global narrative as we grow from breakout startup to category-defining brand.
What You’ll Do
Define and evolve Emergent’s brand strategy, positioning, and identity globally.
Build a unified narrative that connects our mission, product, and community.
Conceptualize and execute large-scale brand campaigns across markets and mediums.
Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Design to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
Partner with external agencies, creators, and media to amplify Emergent’s voice.
Use data and cultural insights to inform storytelling and creative direction.
Build and lead a small but world-class team of brand, content, and design talent.
Act as the brand guardian ensuring every interaction reflects our vision and energy.
Who You Are
8 -15 years of experience inbranding, marketing, or creative strategy, ideally with exposure toglobal consumer brands or high-growth tech companies.
Proven success inleading high-impact campaignsthat drive awareness, emotion, and connection.
A strategic thinker who combines creativity with analytical depth.
Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills - you can turn complex ideas into simple, powerful messages.
Global mindset, cultural fluency, and understanding of how brands scale across markets.
Experience managing agencies, creatives, and cross-functional teams.
Passionate about technology, culture, and building movements - not just marketing products.
