Digitalization & Data-Driven Procurement- Direct digital enablement of Consulting and Financial Services procurement by leveraging eSourcing and analytics platforms to enhance spend visibility, enable data-driven decision-making, automate processes in collaboration with IT and Finance, and support advanced capabilities such as outcome-based pricing, demand forecasting, and supplier performance management.

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Ecosystem Management- Lead complex global sourcing initiatives by executing high-value RFPs and negotiations, building a strategic supplier ecosystem that balances global and niche providers, implementing robust SRM programs focused on performance and innovation, and driving supplier rationalization and alternative delivery models to enhance agility and reduce dependency.

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Marketing, Legal, and executive leadership by shaping demand through influence on scope, delivery models, and commercial structures, and supporting major enterprise initiatives with strong commercial governance.

Commercial Excellence, Risk & Compliance- Develop advanced commercial models (outcome-based, gain-share, and risk-sharing), while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, while considering broader business risks, supplier dependencies, and regulatory exposure.

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement- Monitor market, technology, and regulatory trends; benchmark Indirect Procurement against industry best practices; and continuously refine category strategies and operating models to sustain industry leadership.
