Overview
Job Description
- Provides support to the three regional Government/Military marketing managers Americas, EMEA, JAPAC to ensure successful execution of marketing activities
- Content & Asset Development
- Coordinate the creation of digital assets (ads, emails, landing pages, social media content, etc.).
- Ensure assets are adaptable for regional use (e.g., localization, language, cultural relevance).
- Global and Regional Digital Campaign Media Calendar
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate digital channels (e.g., social media, display, search, video).
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Social Media Platform Oversight- Manage and create profiles on various social media platforms to build brand awareness
- Strategic Planning- Develop and execute digital strategies to improve a brand's online presence and achieve business goals
- Performance Analysis- Analyze data and use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and track key metrics
- Website and Intranet (ZRC) Navigation/Content
- Create, edit and publish new content
- Review and update the website’s navigation architecture to improve usability for all visitors
- Optimize SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
- Monitor and optimize based on website analytics
- Localization & Adaptation
- Work with Regional Managers to tailor global campaigns to local markets (language, imagery, offers)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or college equivalent required
- continuous education in areas such as SEO, content marketing, social media and analytics preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device industry
- Digital Marketing Certification Preferred
- Technology Proficiency – Digital Marketing Tools to run and measure success of digital marketing programs, Google AdWords/GA4, MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). HubSpot, Hootsuite, Oracle Cloud and Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills and results orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- 5-10% to join global team meetings, attend conferences, and co-travel to understand the market and customers

The annual salary for this position is:
$85,000.00 to $100,000.00This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
