The Global Facilities Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide programs and system initiatives that support the global Facilities organization.

This role partners across site Facilities teams, PMO, IT, and other corporate functions to design, standardize, and deploy scalable solutions, dashboards, and processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly matrixed, global environment and brings strong program governance, partner management, and data-driven decision-making expertise to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment across Global and Site Facilities, PMO, IT, and system partners.
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and change management.
  • Drive development and deployment of global reporting solutions, dashboards, and enterprise business processes.
  • Partner with metrics owners and systems teams to define and sustain performance management and reporting standards.
  • Monitor program health through landmark tracking, risk and issue management, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure accountability for deliverables while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee governance, lifecycle management, and adoption of Facilities platforms (e.g., SharePoint, SQL, Teams, web interfaces).
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams and senior leadership partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management within Facilities, engineering, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams on complex programs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and flexibility to work evening hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor Facilities engineering or a similar technical industry.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of quality and reliability programs (e.g., MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing).
  • Experience implementing PMO governance frameworks and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Proven track record working across diverse, global organizations and cultures.
