About the role
Leading a team of 2 product development professionals, you will own how depot products are designed, standardised, and continuously improved on a global scale-enabling consistent, high‑performing operations across our network while driving growth, efficiency, and a lower cost to serve.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation
- Enable areas to deliver growth by driving global product roadmaps, capabilities, and standardisation across depots
- Own global product roadmaps towards high customer-centricity
- Drive progress towards industry-leading capabilities
- Create operational standards and frameworks for depot operations
- Ensure correct P&L representation of financials in depot books
Platform & Standards
- Work with process and platform teams to translate roadmaps into solutions
- Work with platform/OPLS to create pricing and capability models
- Drive global standards and product consistency
- Reduce cost through standardisation and productivity initiatives
Key Accountabilities
- Manage lifecycle of product/platforms including legacy capabilities
- Development of new product features
- Drive improvement in efficiency, cost, and user experience
- Own cadence with areas to gather input and requirements to help scale the product across different markets/areas.
What you bring
- 7+ years of management experience within product and/or platform teams
- Stakeholder management at senior levels
- Track record of driving excellence in process optimisation and standardisation
