Your Role

  • Portfolio Strategy: Lead the global raw material portfolio focusing on complexity reduction, innovation enablement, and commercial efficiency.
  • Digital & AI Transformation: Drive portfolio optimization through Big Data and AI, including master data automation, identification of harmonization opportunities, and supply risk forecasting.
  • Master Data Ownership: Own raw material master data, defining global guidelines, KPIs, and ensuring effective use within SAP.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the key link between R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure scalable and cost-efficient material selection.
  • Matrix Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to Raw Material Specialists and ensure alignment with global complexity reduction goals.

Your Profile

  • Technical Expertise: Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or similar, with 8-10 years of experience across R&D, Technical Procurement, or Portfolio Management.
  • Strong Governance Mindset: Ability to set and enforce standards, confidently challenging non-scalable R&D requests.
  • Digital & Analytical Skills: Solid SAP/ERP/PLM knowledge with a strong focus on digital transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven decision-making.
  • Matrix Leadership: Proven experience leading in matrix organizations, influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
