Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders, Finance and Legal on rewards strategy.

Strong understanding of global rewards governance, compliance and compensation analytics.

Experience operating in a complex, multinational environment.

Strong executive communication, analytical judgment and stakeholder management skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience with executive compensation, long-term incentive design or Board / Compensation Committee support.

Experience supporting IPO readiness, public-company governance or enhanced compensation governance.
