Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, islooking for a “Global Project Manager – Personalized Healthcare” basedin Tucson, AZ(Hybrid).

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $62/hr on W2

Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick leave(asper state policy)

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a biotech/pharmaceuticalor diagnostics background to lead Companion Diagnostics (CDx) productdevelopment projects from concept through launch. The role involves managingproject timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and scope while coordinatingcross-functional teams and external pharmaceutical partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead CDx development projects and manage deliverables from initiation through launch.
Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
Manage project scope, change requests, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external pharmaceutical partners.
Track contract milestones, project expenditures, FTEs, and invoice forecasts.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
Apply project management methodologies, including hybrid Agile/Waterfall and SAFe practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related field.
4+ years of project management experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or medical devices, leading product development projects.
At least 1 year of experience in CDx, IVD, clinical biomarker development, analytical/clinical validation, regulatory submissions, or instrument/systems development.
Experience working in a regulated industry, such as FDA-regulated or ISO-certified environments.
Proficiency withPlanisware, MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
Working knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid Waterfall-Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or PhD with 3+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing complex projects with external pharmaceutical partners.
PMP and/or SAFe certification.
