  • Help standardize language, formatting, versioning, and document structure across security materials.
  • Identify documentation gaps, outdated materials, or inconsistencies and support remediation through updates and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Support development of new documentation tied to process improvements, operating changes, security initiatives, and program needs.

Assurance, Governance & Compliance Support:

  • Support governance and assurance activities related to security standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to established policies, procedures, and best practices, and escalate gaps or inconsistencies through appropriate channels.
  • Maintain documentation inventories, review schedules, approval tracking, version histories, and related governance records.
  • Support preparation of audit documentation, evidence packages, compliance trackers, and related assurance materials.
  • Help track follow-up actions, remediation items, and documentation updates associated with audits, reviews, or governance activities.
  • Maintain organized, accessible, and audit-ready records that support compliance, control discipline, and operational accountability.
  • Assist with policy adoption tracking, review completion status, and related governance follow-through.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Work closely with Global Physical Security, Data Center Operations, Compliance, EHS, Legal, Human Resources, Global Service Desk, Technology and other stakeholders to gather input and validate documentation content.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports, updates, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership, governance forums, audits, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to documentation, standards, reporting inputs, and governance materials in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, review cycles, and cross-functional input needed to complete documentation and assurance deliverables.
  • Support a disciplined and collaborative working model that reinforces clear ownership, responsive communication, and measurable follow-through.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation governance, policy/procedure development, compliance support, audit support, reporting support, or a related field.
  • Experience drafting, editing, organizing, or maintaining policies, procedures, standards, playbooks, job aids, or other operational documentation.
  • Strong writing, editing, formatting, and document quality skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and usable.
  • Ability to translate subject matter expert input into accurate, structured, and easy-to-follow written content.
