Job Title: Global Supply Manager IV

Location: 6900 W. Parmer Lane, Austin, TX 78729

We are seeking a Global Sourcing & Supply Manager to assist with strategic planning, long-term deal structuring, and negotiations. This position requires the ability to work with procurement, engineering, finance, and legal teams, as well as third-parties such as foundries and suppliers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or related area
BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience working in Supply Chain & Operations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Prior work experience at our company or in our industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA preferred
Ability to make quick decisions and solve complex problems with 80% information

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop a nuanced understanding of the commodity landscape to forecast industry trends and gauge emerging competitive forces.
Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals.
Collaborate across the organization to ensure business objectives are met, including rapidly synthesizing and communicating findings to senior leaders.
