Global Trade Compliance Manager Emea

That's why we're looking for a Global Trade Compliance Manager based in Belgium to lead trade compliance for the EMEA region. You'll be the go-to expert on customs, export controls, sanctions and trade regulations, making sure we move products efficiently and stay fully compliant in a fast-changing regulatory landscape. Working closely with supply chain, logistics, finance, legal and global trade colleagues, you'll shape processes, guide the business through complex questions, and help turn compliance into a real competitive advantage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, customs, supply chain, finance, business or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7 or more years of trade compliance experience, including responsibility for a country, region or multi-site operation.
• Strong knowledge of the import and export requirements applicable to the assigned region.
• Experience managing brokers, audits, corrections, regulatory change, training and cross-functional remediation.
• Experience with ERP, global trade management, customs portals and data analytics.
• Relevant local customs, export or professional credential preferred.
• Regional language capability and travel availability appropriate to the assignment.
• Experience maintaining relevant regional trusted-trader authorizations and leading cross-functional security assessments; ability to implement optimization projects with measurable results.
