Responsibilities:

As a GM Certified Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operation diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with precision and pride:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Utilize the latest tools, technology, and service information to deliver accurate and efficient results
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to ensure seamless service for internal and external customers
  • Document all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stay up to date on GM certifications, training, and evolving technologies
  • Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
