Your Role:
Trainees will have the opportunity to rotate through various key areas within the Life Science sector, both domestically and internationally, including but not limited to:
- Transformation Team: Engage in projects aimed at driving organizational change, cultural transformation, and process improvement.
- Human Resources: Focus on organizational development, HR project management and employee engagement strategies.
- Communications: Work on internal and external communication strategies, enhancing stakeholder engagement and brand messaging.
- Business Areas within Life Science may include:
- Business Operations/Business Excellence: Supporting business development execution plans.
- Franchises: Involvement in projects driving customer centricity, and market access strategies.
- Research: Support initiatives in R&D, focusing on enabling transformation supporting innovative solutions and scientific advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Vision Communication: Assist in articulating the vision for transformation initiatives and help engage team members in embracing change.
- Participate in Change Management: Contribute to managing change initiatives by supporting project planning and execution in alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize Data & AI Insights: Help analyze data and leverage AI insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work with various departments to assist in the implementation of transformation strategies and ensure effective project execution.
- Track Performance Metrics: Aid in monitoring and evaluating the impact of transformation initiatives, providing updates to team members and stakeholders.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
- Less than 2 years' work experience within the Life Science industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in transformation leadership and change management through coursework, internships, or projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Exceptional academic achievements, demonstrating your commitment to excellence
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in data analysis; familiarity with AI technologies
- Excellent verbal and written English
- German proficiency
Pay Range for this position: $76,300-$114,400/year
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
