Job Description
We are seeking dependable, friendly individuals to join our Outside Operations team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests each day.
This is an active, hands-on role in a team-oriented club environment. It can be a great fit for college students seeking summer employment or for individuals looking for steady part-time work and an opportunity to stay active.
Hours are based on weather and tee sheet activity, so flexibility and reliability are important. This is a seasonal position, with hours adjusting during slower periods.
Schedule
- 6-8 hour shifts
- 3-4 days per week preferred
- Weekend and some holiday availability required
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests upon arrival
- Load and unload golf bags
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts
- Clean clubs and return bags to vehicles
- Set up and maintain the practice range
- Collect, clean, and restock range balls
- Maintain clean and organized outside service areas
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of each shift
- Able to lift golf bags (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
