The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting - 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12 million-year-old boulder formations. If that wasn't enough, our stylish restaurants offer captivating views from every turn.We are currently looking to fill the position for Golf Member Billing Coordinator. The Member Billing Coordinator will work closely with the Membership Manager, Golf department, and report directly to the Accounting Manager. This person will be the liaison between the members and the resort, and will help out with some accounting procedures as requested.The right candidate will possess the following skills:
- Top notch communication.
- Very well organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Duties:
- Monthly sending of statements for members.
- Collection and payment posting in Accounts receivable.
- Manual monthly posting of credit card auto pay program for members.
- Input and post yearly pre-payment of member dues and fees.
- Create/Discontinue members in Hilton accounting systems.
- Answer via phone and email billing related questions/concerns from members.
- Post any and all member/banquet events.
Knowledge of OnQ PMS preferred.
Golf Club and/or Hotel Experience Preferred.
