Job Description

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Golf Shop Associate. This position will assist the professional staff with all day to day operations of the golf shop. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our clubs mission.

Essential Functions:

Merchandise the golf shop by making attractive displays.
Assist with daily straightening of the golf shop and maintain inventory levels on merchandise and supplies. Process all merchandise sales through the RPOS system.
Greet members and guests with a courteous and polite manner. Answer phones, record messages, and maintain communication with the staff.
Place all special orders for members on a daily basis and communicate to members when items come in.

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent required.
Previous golf experience, or golf course employment a plus.
