Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated individuals for a Golf Shop Attendant opportunity with a reputable public golf course in Fountain Inn, SC! The role’s primary job function will be to provide customer service and sales assistance in the Golf Shop. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to the club members and their guests
- Answer questions concerning club services and tournaments
- Ensure all members and guests are checked in and billed properly
- Assists members and guests with merchandise selections
- Complete merchandise sales transactions through the golf shop POS system
- Order special order merchandise for members
- Provide other members services as requested, such as taking phone messages and reserving tee times
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Service and customer focused attitude
- Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask
- General computer skills with ability to operate the POS (training provided as needed)
- Previous Golf Knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old
