Job Description
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Reports to: Senior Vice President of Marketing
- Salary range: $59,000 - $90,000
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid time off
Role Duties:
- Tell an authentic brand story across all 4 brands on relevant social channels.
- Partner with a brand marketing team on consistent brand messaging.
- Develop and maintain social media strategy and calendar.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers.
- Interact with customers via social media accounts.
- Analyze social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Research social media trends and implement those that are relevant.
- Create meaningful and authentic relationships with influencers in order to grow our ambassador relationships.
- Set Key Performance Indicators and measurements for success.
Must Have:
- Must be a Golf Enthusiast and love golf.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 4 years+ relevant experience in creating, posting content as content manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social network reporting and planning software.
- Detail oriented, extremely well organized with strong time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience playing golf in high school or college is a huge plus.
