Job Description
Job Summary:
- Opening and Closing Procedures
- Welcoming members and guests with enthusiasm
- Ensure all areas of the outside operation is clean and organized
- Provide directions or assistance to any club member or guest when needed
- Have knowledge of club events and information to communicate to members
- Monitor time and enforce pace of play policies
- Communicate all issues to Director, Golf
- Inform supervisor of safety concerns, supplies needed, and repairs needed
- Take accurate daily records
- Take pride and ownership of Cart Staging Area
- Assist in outing setup as needed
- Other duties willingly performed as assigned

Compensation
This is an hourly position with the opportunity for on-call or part time hours and a base wage of $16.00 per hour. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a high-paced, upscale private facility and can think on their feet while providing exceptional customer service
- Recognition skills to remember member names and preferences
- Position requires significant walking, lifting, bending, and standing
- Prior experience in golf operations is required
- Advanced organizational and communication skills
