Job DetailsGovernment Contracts Attorney (Bid Protest Leader) (Hybrid/Remote) We are a Business Law Firm serving Government Contractors and Commercial Businesses, seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its Government Contracts Practice Group. We are seeking a candidate with Private Sector experience regularly representing Government Contractors in Bid Protests. This is a Full-Time, Hybrid position in the D.C. Area, Fully Remote Offered for exceptional applicants outside of the immediate area.

2-6+ Years of experience Leading Bid Protests
Licensed Attorney Required. Preferred Applicants with Bar Admission in the District of Columbia or eligibility for prompt admission.
Experience with the Federal Small Business Programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus.
Private Law Firm Experience working with Federal Government Bid Protest Law.
