Poultry Farm WorkerJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Worker to join our team and contribute to the success of our poultry operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of agricultural tasks and duties to support the overall health and productivity of the flock.Key Responsibilities:- Perform general farm work, including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health and well-being of poultry- Assist with the collection and processing of eggs and other poultry products- Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery- Participate in the implementation of biosecurity protocols and other safety measures- Collaborate with the farm management team to identify and address any issues or concernsQualifications:- Previous experience in agricultural or farm work, with a strong understanding of poultry care and handling- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of agricultural equipment- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWorking Conditions:This position involves physical labor in an agricultural setting, including exposure to various weather conditions, farm animals, and the potential for exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors.
