Key responsibilities in your new role

• Workflow Orchestration: Create and maintain production schedules by reconciling customer demand with plant capacity to meet delivery commitments
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to align priorities and communicate lead-time expectations
• Material Readiness: Audit material availability for scheduled jobs, coordinate kitting activities, and notify Purchasing of shortages
• Supplier Coordination: Partner with Buyers to expedite supplier pull-ins and resolve past-due parts that threaten the schedule
• ERP Ownership: Maintain ERP accuracy for dates, quantities, and statuses to ensure a single source of truth for operations
• Constraint Management: Monitor capacity models and escalate in-window impediments to functional owners for rapid resolution

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Recent or Upcoming completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable digging into data to identify trends, root causes, and practical solutions
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with ability to translate complex data into clear stakeholder updates
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and service-oriented approach toward internal stakeholders
• Detail Orientation: High attention to data integrity and process follow-through
• Eligibility: US citizen or permanent resident required for export-controlled documentation access

Salary pay information:

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
