As a member of our Civil Site Design team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals to deliver innovative civil solutions across diverse sectors, from industrial developments to educational campuses, from stormwater management to parks that enhance public life.
This role offers exceptional growth through hands-on experience with complex projects spanning the Twin Cities metro, Minnesota, and nationwide. You'll develop expertise in site design, utility infrastructure, and environmental systems while working through the complete project lifecycle from initial concepts to construction administration.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Upcoming/recent graduate or emerging professional with up to two years of relevant experience and an EIT certification.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to apply effective written and verbal communication skills when preparing technical reports and specifications, participating in project team discussions, and interacting with clients and contractors.
Advantageous Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience designing and preparing construction plans with AutoCAD Civil3D.
- Previous experience and progressive responsibilities associated with developing construction documentation for industrial, education, or government projects.
$73,500 - $87,000 a year
The listed salary range reflects base pay for candidates with 0-4 years of related experience. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
