It takes all of us to make a difference.QualificationsMust be a registry eligible graduate of an approved program of Respiratory Care. Must fulfill annual continuing education requirements of the department. Must complete orientations, competency validations, and other in-services as required by the department.Unofficial transcripts from an approved school and a letter from the Program Director required prior to employment.Must obtain/have the Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential per state licensure requirements. Must obtain the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential within six months of hire.Must maintain a valid or Temporary Permit to practice in Respiratory Care in state(s) of practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Must obtain site specific specialty credential(s) such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), etc.BenefitsSanford Health offers an attractive benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
