Job Description

Job Title: Grain & Agronomy OperatorLocation: Prosser, NE Pay: $19.26/hourSchedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM + weekends as needed (overtime during harvest)Job Type: Temp-to-HireGrow Your Career in Agriculture No Experience RequiredWe re hiring a dependable Grain & Agronomy Operator in Prosser, NE to join a hands-on agricultural team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and being part of essential grain and agronomy operations. Full training is provided no prior experience needed.What You ll Be DoingIn this role, you ll support daily grain elevator and agronomy operations, including:

Loading and unloading grain commodities
Blending and loading dry or liquid fertilizer and agricultural chemicals
Assisting with railcar loading at select facilities
Performing light maintenance and general housekeeping/cleaning at elevator sites
Operating heavy equipment when certified and needed
Supporting harvest operations including significant overtime during peak seasons

What We re Looking For

No experience required training provided
Mechanical aptitude and/or agricultural background is helpful but not required
Must enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a dusty environment (must not have grain or corn allergies)
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally
Reliable and ready to work overtime during harvest season
