Job Description
Position: Grain & Agronomy Operator Location: Roseland, NE 68973Pay: $19.21/hourFull-Time | Temp-to-HireJoin our team in Roseland and play a key role in grain and agronomy operations! No experience? No problem we provide full training for the right candidate.What You ll Do:
- Load and unload grain commodities
- Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals
- Perform light maintenance and housekeeping of elevators
- Occasionally load railcars or operate heavy equipment (if certified)
- Work independently or with a team to support day-to-day operations
- Willingness to work in a dusty environment (no corn/grain allergies)
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
- Boots over the ankle, 50% leather (steel toes not required)
- Mechanical aptitude and agricultural background are a plus but not required
