Job Description
Job Title: Grain & Agronomy Operator Location: Red Cloud, NEPay Rate: $19.21/hour (+ premium pay for qualified bilingual candidates)Shift: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM, weekends as neededType: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireJob DescriptionWe are hiring Grain & Agronomy Operators for a growing team in Red Cloud, NE! This is a hands-on, outdoor role perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently or on a team to keep grain and agronomy operations running smoothly. Training is provided no experience required!Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload grain commodities
- Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizers and chemicals
- Light maintenance and housekeeping of elevators
- Occasionally load railcars and operate heavy equipment (certification provided as needed)
- Work safely and efficiently in dusty and outdoor environments
- Lift and move up to 100 pounds as needed
- Mechanical aptitude or agricultural background is a plus but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Dependable, team-oriented and safety-minded
