Grain Bin Production TraineeLocation: Kearney, NEPay: $18.00-19.00/hour DOESchedule: Monday-Thursday, 6: 00 AM-4: 30 PMOvertime: Fridays and Saturdays as neededBuild Products That Support AgricultureJoin a team that helps build products used by farmers across the country. As a Grain Bin Production Trainee, you'll learn manufacturing processes, operate equipment and gain hands-on experience in a growing industry.This entry-level position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working with their hands and want an opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment.What You'll Do
- Perform production and assembly duties related to grain bin manufacturing
- Operate production and CNC equipment
- Move materials throughout the facility
- Assist with machine operation and setup
- Maintain equipment and report concerns
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Support production goals and team objectives
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
