Customer Solutions Specialist - Grain Business Unit
ALCIVIA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Grain Business Unit. This vital role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our customer service excellence while supporting operational efficiency within a dynamic agricultural environment. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks within the computer systems to support truck operations and ensure accurate data entry
- Support truck operations at the vehicle weight-scale, ensuring proper documentation and communication with drivers
- Conduct product testing and record results accurately to maintain quality standards
- Communicate effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative duties related to grain transactions
- Support during peak seasonal periods, including standing for extended periods as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods during busy seasonal times
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or agricultural operations is a plus but not required
