Position Summary
The Federal Grants Manager oversees the administration, compliance, and financial management of federal grants. This position ensures compliance with federal regulations, manages grant budgets and reporting, and works closely with program and finance staff to support successful grant implementation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage federal grants from award through closeout.
- Ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and grant requirements.
- Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and reporting deadlines.
- Prepare and submit financial and program reports.
- Maintain accurate grant records and documentation.
- Coordinate audits, monitoring visits, and grant closeout activities.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on grant compliance.
- Assist with grant proposal budgets and budget modifications.
