Job Description
Responsible for creating original artwork with a visual style, design and layout that is appropriate to each project's concepts and goals. Artwork includes layouts, logos, charts, diagrams, sell sheets, brochures, ads, flyers, packaging designs, banners and trade materials. Primarily supports the Brands Group, Procurement Team and Category Management. Functions as a team member within the Brands department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Ability to work within corporate graphic standards guidelines. Must have excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, in particular), PC platform, Power Point, and familiarity with Sharepoint. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines, and ability to work at a fast pace with multiple assignments. Must possess writing skills and strong ability to edit and proof all artwork. Must be comfortable working in a team environment, and serve as the sole designer for the Brands Group. Brands experience and familiarity with the food or foodservice industry is preferable.
Design all print collateral material for foodservice channels, including conceptualization, art research, scanning images, creation of color pallet and full color mock-ups, researching paper stock and weight, creation of logos for promotions.
Create multi-media presentations and web-based communication.
Contribute to brand development strategies and brands deployment. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a willingness to take direction and collaborate with various team members.
Create product specification quick sheets, newsletters, one-page flyers (printed or color copied), electronic communications.
Research companies that can provide giveaways and other customized items. Design customized wearables including supplying/adjusting logos and reviewing stitch-outs.
Coordinate with print vendors and other outside agencies and suppliers for execution.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to: provide artwork for banners, flyers, signage; assist in various aspects of trade shows and summits, and business meetings by providing logo/meeting theme, name tags, labels, signage, agenda design, wearables, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors- Graphics design
Required Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Graphics design, both printed and electronic, with strong working knowledge of color printing. Strong design work portfolio required. Agency and or corporate experience with food or beverage.
Preferred Education: Bachelors- Graphics design, brands, marketing or related area
Preferred Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Graphics design, brands and related area with strong working knowledge of color printing within foodservice industry. Corporate experience in brands or marketing group.
