This internship will be part-time, and can start as early as May and span through early August, we can be flexible due to your summer break schedule. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, eager to collaborate with a dynamic creative team, and ready to unleash your design prowess, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

We are looking for a part-time summer intern (28-30 hours per week) for our Lakeland office. Publix Employees Federal Credit Union (PEFCU) was established over 60 years ago to provide financial services with lifetime value to Publix Super Markets, Inc. employees and their families. The Role and What You’ll Do:

Work hand-in-hand with our talented creative marketing team to bring imaginative ideas to life.
Take charge of design briefs, transforming concepts into visually stunning masterpieces.
Assist in maintaining and evolving brand identities through consistently captivating design elements.
Contribute to crafting marketing materials that not only align but elevate our brand to new heights.
Design eye-catching digital assets for online platforms, from social media graphics to website elements.
Dive into the world of print materials, creating brochures, flyers, posters, and more.
Apply principles of typography, color theory, and layout design to create visually compelling content.
Embrace collaboration by incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, showcasing your deadline-defying skills without compromising quality.
Keep our design assets and files in shipshape order, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on industry trends and incorporating cutting-edge design practices. Utilizing inspiration from various sources, infusing fresh and exciting ideas into your design projects.
