About the Role:
You will report to the Marketing & Communication Team.
In this role, you will support brand and marketing content creation by working closely with the MarComm team on day-to-day, entry-level production tasks. Your responsibilities will include researching online resources, assembling research presentations, designing simple digital brand assets for Internal Brands, External Brands, and Lines of Business, organizing and naming brand assets, curating photography for various lines of business, and supporting sports sponsorship initiatives.
Your objective will be to support the creation of high-quality visual assets while developing technical skills in design tools and gaining hands-on experience with real marketing campaigns. You will help produce digital and print materials, learn and apply brand guidelines, and collaborate with designers and marketers to bring creative concepts to life. Throughout the internship, you will build problem-solving skills, learn production and file preparation processes, practice giving and receiving feedback, and develop a strong portfolio that reflects your growth, versatility, and professionalism.
Preferred degree and skillset include a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design. You should have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office 365.
About You:
You're an undergraduate student aiming to graduate in spring 2026/2027 or a recent graduate within the last year.
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), fully onsite, for 10 weeks starting in June.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
