Job Description
At Clark Pacific, the Graphic Manager plays a key role in developing visually compelling, innovative, and strategically driven design solutions that elevate our brand and support business growth. Working as part of an integrated team, this role leads the creative process from concept through execution across digital, print, and field assets while ensuring consistent, high-quality brand communications.
This position also takes ownership of the website experience, including page design, visual enhancements, content updates, and UX improvements.
Competitive Compensation Range:$110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
- Lead the visual design process from concept to execution across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Provide design direction and hands-on expertise to ensure visual consistency, creative excellence, and brand alignment.
- Develop design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines to maintain visual standards across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, engineering, and executive teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Manage and evolve the company website, including page design, content updates, and user experience improvements.
- Communicate design decisions and creative direction clearly to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by promoting a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a brand, agency, or design studio environment.
- A strong digital portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and visual storytelling required.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems.
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.
