At BETA, we see graphic design as a powerful form of visual storytelling—one that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual experiences across a variety of mediums. This role is intentionally broad: you might be designing for digital campaigns, print materials, brand moments, or something entirely new.
You’ll partner with teams across the organization to bring concepts to life—from early brainstorming through final execution. The right person is both a strong conceptual thinker and a thoughtful craftsperson, with a solid understanding of branding and the flexibility to adapt style, tone, and layout depending on the project. If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple creative hats and contributing to a growing brand in an evolving industry, this role offers plenty of room to explore and grow.

Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000USD
