What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in bringing CBH to life at events and across marketing channels. From eye-catching booth designs to polished slide decks, your work will help create memorable, on-brand experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Events teams to design everything from booth mockups and layouts to event collateral, signage, presentations, and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging event experiences including booth setups, layouts, signage, and collateral
- Create compelling visuals across print and digital, including presentations and slide decks
- Design flyers, mailers, ads, signage, apparel, and other marketing materials as needed
- Manage multiple projects while staying organized and meeting deadlines
- Bring ideas from concept to completion with strong attention to detail
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and experiences
- Prepare mockups and proofs for review
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Events teams
- Coordinate with vendors (print shops, signage, etc.) to ensure quality and accuracy
- Stay flexible through revisions while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand and events
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Confidence designing across print, digital, and presentation/slide deck formats
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and design processes
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Someone who welcomes feedback and is excited to grow
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
- A sharp eye for detail and high standards for quality
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A positive, can-do attitude that contributes to a fun, supportive team culture
Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office position (Meridian, ID headquarters)
- Work across both PC and Mac platforms
