We are also looking for designers who are excited about the possibilities of AI. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be curious about how emerging tools can reduce friction, accelerate workflows, unlock new ideas, and elevate the quality of our creative deliverables.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Design innovative, visually compelling sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, microsites, interactive PDFs, and other digital experiences that support client growth and retention.
- Partner closely with Sales, Retention, Strategy, and Content teams to translate business goals into thoughtful creative solutions.
- Turn complex information, client needs, and strategic concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Explore AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve efficiency, support ideation, and enhance creative output.
- Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
- Prepare and format materials for digital and print production with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative resources for easy team access.
- Support RFP and proposal development by creating layouts and visual systems that make content easier to understand and more memorable.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced, collaborative, or sales-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
- A strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
- The ability to balance creativity with strategy, business objectives, and brand standards.
