Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Graphic Designer (Marketing & Branding Assets) to create visual content, design marketing materials, and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital and print design.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Processing

• Design graphics for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Maintain consistency across digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver visual content.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all materials adhere to company branding guidelines.
• Assist in preparing design reports for management review.
• Support creative audits and quality assurance.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and operations teams.
• Ensure creative projects align with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or marketing creative production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting or defense-related marketing.
• Familiarity with social media design and content management.
