Graphic Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual assets across marketing, sales, and product. This is a high-volume, high-quality role where you'll maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while supporting a fast-moving team.
You'll be the go-to design resource for everything from pitch decks that close enterprise deals to social content that engages patients. Your work will help make AI-powered healthcare feel trustworthy, accessible, and human—whether someone is seeing us for the first time or presenting us to their C-suite.
What You'll Do
Design pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies that help sales teams win enterprise deals
Create social content, landing pages, and email templates that drive engagement and conversions
Produce event materials, swag, and branded collateral for conferences and partnerships
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving our visual system
Support sales and marketing teams with quick-turn requests without sacrificing quality
Collaborate with marketing on campaign concepts and visual storytelling
Work with product teams to ensure brand alignment across digital experiences
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
Contribute to our design system and maintain organized asset libraries
Who You Are
3+ years of production design experience in a fast-paced environment
Figma proficiency required—you're fluent in creating, organizing, and sharing design files
Strong portfolio showing range across print, digital, and presentation design
Ability to work fast and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Strong communicator who can take feedback and explain design rationale
Self-directed and organized, capable of managing your own workload and priorities
Collaborative team player who thrives on supporting others' success
Nice to Have
Healthcare or regulated industry design experience
Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
Illustration capabilities for custom graphics and iconography
Experience designing for both consumer and enterprise audiences
Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS
Photography or photo editing skills
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90K-$120K + Equity
