DPR Construction seeks agraphic designerfocused on presentationdesign andproductionto join ourCommunications+Brandteam. We are looking for acreative anddetail-oriented individual who can work seamlessly with a team as well as liaise with internal customers.Anideal candidate must exemplify DPR’s four core values (integrity, uniqueness, enjoyment, everforward).
The position responsibilities will include but are not limited tothe following:
Working with thought leaders to translate complex or abstract ideas into polished slide decksand visual aids for communication both internally and externally
Managing slide libraries andproviding input on templates and tools
Refining existing slide assets in alignment with brand standards
Managing assets, files,and projects both individually and collectively with the team
Fact-checking informationandsecuring approvals
Coordinating,capturingand managingphotography andvideolibraries
Assistingin otherdesign workas assignedfor a wide range of projects (templates, manuals, case studies, signage, blog posts, social posts,emailsand other visual materials)
We are looking for a collaborative,adaptableand naturally curiousteam player witha problem-solving approach todesign. A successful candidate mustpossess:
Proficient computer skills with expert use of Microsoft Office Suite(PowerPointespecially)and Adobe Creative Suite
Comfort workingwithin established brand standardsand with existing tools/templates
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, visual and oral)
A collaborative approach with a desire to speak up and learn
Excellent judgement
Ability to work quicklyand efficientlywhen schedulesrequire fast turn-aroundprojects
Attention to detail and brand awareness, creating collateral within existing ecosystems
Problem-solving skills toidentifyand flag blocking unknowns, adapt to changes, ask questions, and conceptualize solutions—in teams or individually
Service-oriented attitudewith follow-up and follow-through
Motivationand flexibility,self-initiatingandcapable ofjugglingcompeting priorities
Organization skillswith healthytime, task,fileand project management practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fieldpreferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience
Presentation portfolio
Anticipated pay range: between $80,000-$92,000K.
