Job Description
Everstaff is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a growing team in Youngsville, NC. This position will support both marketing initiatives and production operations by developing compelling visual content, creating production-ready artwork, and ensuring brand consistency across a variety of digital and print materials.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $23-$27/hr, based on experience
Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, digital graphics, and trade show materials.
- Develop creative concepts that align with branding and marketing objectives.
- Create production-ready artwork and design proofs for print and digital projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with product photography, image editing, and basic video content for marketing and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and customer-facing materials.
- Organize and manage digital assets, artwork, and project files.
- Review and proof all designs for accuracy before production.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
- Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience designing for both print and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality control skills.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with project management and cloud-based file-sharing platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Product photography and photo editing experience.
- Basic video editing and multimedia content creation.
- Experience preparing artwork for commercial print production.
- Understanding of branding, visual identity, and marketing strategy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
