If you live for design that actually works and love seeing your work out in the wild making an impact every day, this is your spot.Core Responsibilities Create intelligent designs for retail, healthcare and corporate clients, including signs, banners, vehicle graphics, wall wraps, window graphics and other hard-working visual communication productsPreflight and optimize files for efficient production (color management, resolution, sizing, layering) Output files to wide-format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, and related equipmentManage the production queue to ensure client deadlines are met Maintain organized digital job files and assist with media & ink inventory and orderingPerform routine maintenance (e.g. replace ink cartridges, routine print head cleaning, etc.)Desired Skills & Experience Strong portfolio demonstrating clean vector work, typesetting, photo editing, layout design for related projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — primarily Illustrator and Photoshop, with Firefly and Adobe Stock a plus Experience preparing files for wide-format printing and cuttingStrong attention to detail and accurate color-matching skills Strong English language skills for proofreading, spell checking and grammarComfortable working around production equipment and ability to load heavy material rolls onto printerIdeal Candidates Will Have Previous sign shop, print shop, or relevant graphics production experienceWillingness to work in both one-person and team-based environments Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
