Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Hybrid in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

As a Graphic Designer, you'll help shape the way educators and families experience our brand. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that support marketing campaigns, product launches, training materials, and more.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing compelling visuals for emails, web pages, product images, packaging, presentations, social media, and print marketing materials.
Bringing creative concepts to life through brainstorming, collaboration, and excellent execution.
Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, while supporting new creative ideas.
Participating in the entire design process-from concept and layout to final file delivery.
Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sourcing teams to create impactful, cost-effective designs.
Mentoring and collaborating with other designers to raise the creative bar.
Staying current on design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

What You Bring:

A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of hands-on design experience in a professional setting.
Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
Strong visual design skills-think typography, layout, and color theory.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
A passion for education and creating purposeful, meaningful design.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience working in education, publishing, or e-learning industries.
Have experience designing PowerPoint presentations.
Have photography experience.
Know your way around project management tools like Robohead.
Have experience with Figma or Sketch.
Can step in to support team leadership and onboarding when needed.
