On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $55,000–$60,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the RoleYou'll be our in-house designer and the person who keeps our websites running. One hour you're building a new page on maimonelegal.com, the next you're turning out a carousel, ad creative in five sizes, or a visa guide our clients will actually read. You'll work directly with our Marketing Manager and take work from a shared task board.

This isn't a pure brand role with long timelines, and it isn't a developer seat writing code all day. It's for someone who designs well, knows WordPress hands-on, and likes moving fast: small requests the same day, bigger projects within two days. If you already use AI tools to speed up your design and web work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain our WordPress sites, maimonelegal.com and movetotheusa.ca: new pages, popups, updates, and bug fixes
• Design social graphics: carousels, posts, stories, and thumbnails
• Create ad creative in multiple sizes for our paid campaigns
• Design marketing emails, webinar slides, guides, and booklets
• Produce collateral for events, sponsorships, and partners
• Keep our brand guidelines, templates, and press kit up to date
• Support Meta Pixel and tracking setup, plus simple marketing automations

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Strong graphic design skills in Canva and/or Adobe, with a portfolio to show us
• Hands-on WordPress experience
• Comfortable using AI tools for design and web work
• Fast turnaround: small tasks same day, larger projects within two days
• Organized and comfortable working from a shared task board

Preferred

• WP Engine experience
• Meta Pixel, tracking, or marketing automation experience
• Experience designing paid ad creative
• Experience laying out guides, booklets, or other long-form pieces
• Law firm or professional services background — helpful, but not required

Compensation $55,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
