Work Location: Will need to be local to our offices at 200 Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026.This person must be a Colorado resident and available to work onsite. Currently working 4 days in the office and 1 day remote but that could change to 5 days in the office.What are the work hours? We have some flexibility with start and end

- Possesses strong skills in desktop publishing that support the production of printed materials and device packaging.
- Prioritizes accuracy and attention to detail regarding the written content and document layout.
- Technical background using the Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) within the MacOS ecosystem.
POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the creation of Instructions for Use and other documents intended for print and digital distribution. Must consider customer requirements and maintaindesign standards in document layouts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Responsible for publishing and layout of instruction for use documents.
" Ensures that all written content is accurate and all document layouts meetdesign standards.
" Effectively manages multiple projects, is able to quickly adapt to changes in project scope or shifting priorities in order ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
" Collaborates well with cross-functional peers. Can problem solve and address any questions or concerns that may impact the project development.
" Capable of quickly and accurately incorporating content changes based on peer reviews and document redlines.
" Performs self-reviews to ensure each document meetsdesign standards and that all content changes are accurate.
" Closely reviews the work of peers to either approve of final documents or provide feedback when corrections are needed.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
" Excellent communication and organizational skills.
" Familiarity and proficiency with the Mac operating system.
" Ability to multi-task
" Strong attention to detail in the layout, structure, and written content of published documents.
" Proficient with design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
" Is well-versed with maintaining large documents within InDesign, including the Book tool and the proper use of Object, Character, and Paragraph Styles.
" Ability to work with department peers and management within the marketing, engineering, and manufacturing functional groups.
EDUCATION Required:
" Four-year college degree.
EXPERIENCE:
" Significant previous experience in desktop publishing, layout design, and print production.
" Experience in the development of labeling for the medical device industry preferred
