What you can expect as our Graphic Designer:
You have a digital-first mindset—someone who is excited to create bold, accessible, modern visuals that move people to engage, learn, and act. This role is perfect for a designer early in their career who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow their skills across a wide range of media.
You’ll work on social content, web design, email graphics, print projects, campaigns, fundraising materials and other marketing materials—including direct mail and donor communications.. You’ll be part of a supportive creative team committed to elevating the Perkins brand and advancing our mission.

Has strong visual fundamentals—type, layout, color
Loves designing for social and digital spaces
Is eager to learn, iterate, and grow
Cares about accessibility and inclusive design
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
1 - 3 years of experience (or a standout portfolio)
The following shared salary range is what Perkins reasonably expects, in good faith, to pay for the position. The applicable range could differ based on experience and qualification.
$60,200.00-$85,025.00Perkins offers a comprehensive benefits package for part time and full time employees, including:
