Located in our West Palm Beach, FL office the Graphic Designer will develop and execute marketing and promotional creative campaigns (static and video). Creates and maintains cross-functional presentations and executive decks. Manages franchisee marketing requests from intake through execution and provides marketing support for all field team needs and brand initiatives.Primary scope falls within design, digital and print graphics used in advertisements, customer and internal materials, and social media posts that align with the brand standards and guidelines.The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, PowerPoint
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple internal projects at a time and make quick changes
- Knowledge of print & digital advertising
- Knowledge of social media content and advertising requirements
- Familiarity with paid media ad specs/requirements including but not limited to Google, META, and TikTok
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to articulate Creative briefs by project
- Basic understanding and use of AI programs (catered towards design)
- Ability to manage outsourced vendor projects

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
